In the spirit of our belief in the words, “Instead of giving a man a fish, it would be much better to teach him how to fish” – we are particularly happy to soon be able to start supporting a very special project in Africa, and more specifically in Sudan. First, who is John Maxwell? And then, what is John Maxwell leadership training? Well, he is one of the most well known authors, teachers and speakers on the subject of leadership, not only in the USA, but worldwide! His books alone has sold in more than 18 million copies in 126 countries globally. Mr. Maxwell is the founder of EQUIP, a non-profit organization, which has trained more than 5 million men and woman in the area of leadership all over the world. Soroti-seminarOne of the good friends and supporters of of the Freedom GLOBE concept is a Norwegian businessman, Jan Ernst Gabrielsen. Mr. Gabrielsen has also for many, many years been working both as a missionary and trainer in East Africa, and is a certified John Maxwell trainer. For the last few  years he has worked with the EQUIP organization to train African men and woman to become leaders in their communities. We are impressed with the accomplishments Jan Ernst has achieved in this area. His work has lead to these figures: More than 120.000 books (divided by 6 different titles) has been translated into different local languages in both Kenya and Sudan, and right now is in charge of taking 1.000 students (500 in Sudan and 500 in Kenya) through a 3-year leadership education based John Maxwell leadership materials.
