| What We Do |

Areas FGF Intends to be involved in. The Freedom GLOBE Foundation (FGF) intends to focus most of its work in four (4) key areas: Poverty, Health, Agriculture and Education. We are convinced that the only hope we have of making a serious change in problems of poverty in the world, is through education. For instance, you do not really help in the long-term solution of poverty by giving poor people some money. Therefore, education and poverty will be the two areas we will focus the most on, with health and agriculture coming close behind. What follows below is a brief description of some of the projects we have plans for in each of the four areas mentioned above: Education: A very important project for FGF to focus on from the start will be The Freedom GLOBE University. (Please see separate page here.) We are also planning to start a project to help finance leadership training in Africa based on the books and training courses written and produced by John Maxwell. See more here. We also have plans to finance and build schools under a special development program designed to provide a holistic approach to the issue of education of children and young students. And follow this up with a plan to finance their education at The Freedom GLOBE University. Heatlh: First, we are looking for certain health and nutritional type product, which we can purchase and distribute in areas of the world where such products could have an impact on the lives of both children and adults, suffering from mal-nutrition and negative health conditions. Secondly, in the area of “health” we have a future VISION to finance our own hospital ship. A ship equipped with its own hospital and surgery room, staffed with the best possible doctors and surgeons we can get. Poverty: Combined with the key for contributing to this problem, education, we also want to provide different opportunities to both individuals and families to start earning money and thus pull themselves out of poverty. Another area we are planning to focus on would be Micro-Finance solutions, which has proven to be an effective way to combat poverty. Agriculture: Agriculture plays a very important role in third world countries, and will therefore also play an important role within the organization of The Freedom GLOBE Foundation. Agriculture does first of all play an important role poverty reduction. By providing aid and assistance in this area, to local farmers whose livelihood totally depends on the amount of food products they can produce from their piece of land will therefore be an area of focus for FGF. The Freedom LOCAL project: Finally, we do want to start a special project to be known as The Freedom LOCAL project, which means: We want to get involved in providing help on local basis in cities and communities in any country in the world. Although the plan calls for having a special focus on anyone in need in any city were there is a future GoodleCity Portal. An important part of this project will be a special research or investigative department, for the purpose of doing proper research into a specific situation where a person or a family is need of help. Only after extensive research through this department, will help be given based on their recommendation. This would be our way of giving back to the communities, which in various ways helps us. |
